Business Call Tracking, Handled Responsibly

360 CallAnchor is built for approved users tracking work-related call activity. Every configuration is admin controlled.

Recording follows the law where your team operates

Call recording through 360 CallAnchor should be configured in line with applicable consent laws, your internal recording policy, and regional compliance requirements. Admins control recording behavior centrally, and reps confirm call type (business or personal) before every synced call — personal calls are logged without a recording upload.

Image

Approved Users Only

Call sync activates only for licensed, approved team members on the account, not every device on a network.

Image

Business Call Scope

Sync applies to work-related call activity conducted through the connected mobile number.

Image

Admin-controlled Settings

Disposition rules, recording behavior, and CRM connections are managed centrally by the admin, not left to guesswork.

Stop Losing Call Activity to Spreadsheets and Memory

Connect once. Every business call your team makes lands on the right CRM record automatically.

FAQs About CallAnchor CRM Integrations

Can two reps share one mobile number and still have their calls tracked separately in the CRM?
No. Each 360 CallAnchor license is tied to one mobile number. Call activity is tracked per licensed number, so shared numbers are not supported. Each rep needs their own license assigned to their own mobile number for call data to log accurately against the right user in the CRM.
If a CRM sync fails, does the rep have to make the call again or re-enter the data?
No. The call data and disposition are already saved in the app. A failed sync shows a Failed status on the Synced Records page and the admin can retry the sync from Settings. The rep does not need to do anything. The call record and everything the rep entered is preserved until it successfully reaches the CRM.
Does changing the CRM mid-way through affect historical call data already synced?
Call data that has already been successfully synced to the original CRM stays there. Changing the CRM connection in Settings affects future syncs only. Historical data in the previous CRM is not transferred automatically to the new one.
Is there a limit to how many CRMs 360 CallAnchor can sync to at the same time?
The admin dashboard shows connected CRM platforms. Multiple integrations can be configured, allowing the same call data to sync to more than one platform if the team runs parallel systems. Each platform connection is managed independently from the Settings panel.
What happens to call data if the rep uninstalls the app before the sync completes?
Call data captured before uninstalling is stored locally on the device. If the app is uninstalled before that data syncs, it may not reach the CRM. Admins should ensure reps allow pending syncs to complete before removing the app. The Synced Records page shows any Pending status calls that have not yet been delivered.
Does 360 CallAnchor work with CRMs that require two-factor authentication or SSO?
The webhook and API connection method does not require the admin to log into the CRM through 360 CallAnchor. Authentication is handled via API key or webhook token configured in Settings. For CRMs using SSO or 2FA for user access, the integration layer sits outside that authentication flow and is not affected by it.
